Before transitioning into real estate, she built her career as a corporate attorney, advising and negotiating transactions for venture capital and private equity funds, technology startups, and multi-billion-dollar public companies. This background gives her a powerful advantage in contract negotiation, valuation analysis, and complex deal structuring.
